For people in any types of sales, clearly one of the most challenging aspects of their business is getting new prospects in the door. And as far as MLM Leads – generating quality leads becomes even harder. In general, there is a sort of stigma associated with being a salesperson (think of the used-car salesman stereotype). Most folks have become jaded to anyone they perceive as trying to ’sell’ them something, particularly if it is considered a so-called hard sell, i. E. A persistent salesperson.

Our society’s attention is being pulled in countless directions and it’s often difficult for people to decide on what to pay attention to – so many of the information that we get bombarded with simply gets ignored. It’s easier to just shut down than try to figure out what offers are reliable and what we should avoid.

So how does an honest salesperson get the attention of prospects and legitimately build a solid business in the world of network marketing when everyone is so jaded? Well, for most salespeople, rather than think that question through, they simply start spamming everyone they know in the hopes that someone will eventually bite.

This is not a very effective approach and in the best case scenario, it is a serious waste of time. In the worst case scenario, you get branded a spammer and your reputation suffers. Why take that chance?

What it really comes down to is getting back to basics when it comes to getting high quality prospects. And the key word here is quality. 10 really strong prospects is a whole lot better than 50 random people who haven’t been qualified as your specific target.

So how do you keep bringing in these really strong prospects, time and time again?

The answer is really simple. You build relationships. You get to know who you’re prospecting so that you can determine if they’re actually worth the effort you’re making to recruit them. Who’s worth the effort? People that you’ve built a relationship with based on 1) shared interest in your opportunity (other network marketers, especially newbies) and 2) your ability to provide them with answers to their questions and challenges. You basically have to offer enough value that your prospects will trust that you will lead them in the right direction.

And know that shared vision isn’t always just an instant thing – you can learn to cultivate it. How? By having integrity. By having a quality product or service. And by consistently reaching out to your current or potential sales force in a way that informs, inspires and engages them in the possibilities for your opportunity. You want them to be as invested as you are in its success, which is ultimately yours and their success as well.

The kind of success that has been eluding you until now will much more easily come your way if you start changing your thinking from selling to helping. Don’t try to give someone something they don’t want, need or care about. There are plenty of other people who will be more than willing to take you up on your opportunity – so focus on finding those types of people wherever they hang out and you will eventually start to see your down-line grow tremendously.

Use of MLM Leads can lead to more traffic if you use them the right way. To find out the best MLM leads and ideas you should head online. Grow that traffic today.
